Personal Data Processed

Through the contact form and our website we process: identity data (full name), contact data (phone number and/or email address), customer-transaction data (your request, the model you're interested in, and the content of your message), and transaction-security data (technical data such as IP address and browser information).

Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed to respond to your request, contact you, inform you about suitable products and services, and provide pre-sales consultancy.

Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: direct relevance to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, and your explicit consent.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your data may be shared — limited to fulfilling your request — only with our service providers (e.g. hosting and communication infrastructure providers) and, within our legal obligations, with authorized public institutions, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected through electronic channels such as the contact form on our website, email, phone and WhatsApp, by automated and partly automated means.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose it is processed and for the statutory limitation periods prescribed by law; once the purpose no longer applies, or upon your request, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the legislation.

Cookies & Local Storage

Our website only uses your browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember your language and theme (light/dark) preference. This data is kept solely on your device, is not sent to our servers, and is not used for advertising or tracking.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller, you have the following rights:

• to learn whether your personal data is processed,
• if processed, to request information about it,
• to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
• to know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• to request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• to request deletion or destruction in accordance with the law,
• to request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• to object to an adverse outcome arising solely from automated analysis,
• to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

How to Apply

You can submit requests regarding the rights above — together with information verifying your identity — to the email address below or by post to our company address. Your request is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature.
